Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting PPT / LLOP Order Pickers for a leading logistics client at a brand‑new distribution centre in Rugby. You will pick products using a voice-picking system and operate PPT/LLOP equipment, with 4 on, 4 off shifts available (days or nights). Days £13.83 per hour; Nights £15.16 per hour.

Own transport is essential due to the site location. This role offers weekly pay, a modern working environment, and long‑term ongoing work with potential permanent

Qualifications

• Previous PPT or LLOP experience is essential.
• Experience as an Order Picker or Warehouse Operative in a logistics environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a target-driven warehouse.
• Own transport is essential due to site location.

Responsibilities

• Picking products using a voice-picking system.
• Operating PPT or LLOP equipment to move stock.
• Loading and transporting products to designated locations.
• Maintaining health and safety standards at all times.
• Supporting stock movement within the distribution centre.
• Working to daily productivity targets.
