Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking reliable Order Pickers to join a busy pick and pack operation in the UK. You will use a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) to accurately pick customer orders and support the smooth running of shifts.

Shifts run Monday to Friday or Sundays; pay rate increases after 12 weeks, with opportunities for progression. This role requires attention to detail, reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using an LLOP with training available.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Able to follow instructions and prioritise safety.

About the Role

We're looking for reliable and motivated Order Pickers to join our clients busy pick and pack operation. Working as part of a fast‑paced warehouse team, you'll use a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) to accurately pick customer orders and support the smooth running of the shift.
