Base Location: Leeds based (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)

What will you be doing?

• Driving technology delivery for major brands and public sector clients to enable strategic transformations
• Working across the tech stack from cloud and application delivery to ERP transformations
• Leading cross-capability teams of engineering, data, cyber, and delivery specialists
• Managing governance, risks, stakeholder engagement, and project finances
• Leading delivery of workstreams within complex programs
• Managing local resources effectively

What will you need to do it?

• Extensive experience managing complex tech projects with full lifecycle delivery
• Experience designing and embedding project management/PMO practices
• Passion for technology-enabled change and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prince2, MSP, JIRA)
• Strong communication, leadership, and risk mitigation skills
• UK security vetting capability or eligibility

Skills we’d love to see:

• Expertise in hybrid agile/waterfall project management approaches
• Business analysis, systems integration, and testing experience
• Ability to coach stakeholders on project methodologies
• Knowledge of the latest project management strategies and tech developments
