Job Overview

Are you experienced in PPM and electrically qualified? Do you enjoy a local mobile role? We are a family business established for 25 years, seeking an experienced PPM Engineer with electrical qualifications to work around Dorset, with occasional visits to the Isle of Wight.

The successful candidate will work within MOD premises on current contracts in the Surrey/Hampshire area.

Key Skills & Experience

1. Experience with PPM regime-based contracts (SFG 20 is an advantage)
2. Fault finding and repairs on electrical systems
3. Minor plumbing experience
4. Mobility to travel daily to different locations for PPM, corrective maintenance, and reactive repairs
5. BS7671 regulations qualified (18th Edition)
6. Electrical Verification & Testing, with experience producing Minor New Works Certificates
7. Inspect & Test Emergency Lighting systems to BS5266, including repairs
8. 5+ years of experience (advantageous)

Qualifications

1. City & Guilds 2330 Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
2. City & Guilds 2391 or 2395 Inspection & Test - not essential but welcomed
3. City & Guilds 18th Edition
