Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced PPM Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts across our portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all contractual obligations are met efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee PPM service delivery across multiple client sites.
  • Lead and support engineering teams, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and contract performance reporting.
  • Oversee budgets, resourcing, and subcontractor management.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and contract growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing PPM or maintenance service contracts.
  • Strong understanding of building services and FM operations.
