We're looking for a creative, analytical, and highly organized PPC Manager to oversee the management, optimization, and growth of multiple Group PPC accounts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Manage the planning and daily management of multiple PPC accounts across Google and Microsoft networks.
  2. Strategic planning across all PPC accounts managed within the team, focusing on increasing lead generation and improving cost efficiencies.
  3. Integrate all paid channels, including paid social media and programmatic advertising trials, to benefit Group companies.
  4. Continuously optimize campaigns through testing to enhance performance.
  5. Produce and present reports on PPC activities to internal stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate effectively with the PPC and wider digital teams to ensure optimal results.
  7. Oversee activity and results of all paid search efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  8. Coach and mentor PPC team members to elevate their work quality.
  9. Monitor bid management across all PPC networks to identify trends, opportunities, and concerns.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Over 5 years of experience managing competitive PPC campaigns and handling large budgets.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Data Studio, and Google Analytics, with a passion for data analysis and data-driven decision making.
  • Enthusiasm to stay updated on industry standards, new technologies, and digital marketing approaches, with the ability to communicate this within the team.
  • Ability to develop long-term strategies with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Knowledge of multiple biddable media platforms, including display advertising, Google and Microsoft ads, social media, remarketing, and programmatic.
