Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid search, display and social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy and manage creative assets for digital display.
- Apply AI tools to improve targeting, automate optimisation and generate performance insights.
- Own campaign reporting—extract and consolidate data, translate data into clear, actionable recommendations using visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with CRM, SEO, content and web teams to align paid media with broader marketing efforts.
- Assist with website updates, landing page creation and SEO improvements to support acquisition and conversion.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Monitor budgets and campaign spend to ensure delivery against targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- A self-starter with a passion for digital marketing/performance optimisation.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads and Taboola.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple campaigns.
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and an understanding of how large language models can enhance campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign setup best practices.
- Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related field is preferred but not essential. Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are advantageous.
