Job description

PPC Executive

We are looking for a PPC executive to join our Digital team here at Harrods. You will support In delivering the PPC strategy to drive business goals.

About the Role

The PPC executive will be optimising campaigns, monitoring KPIs and leveraging first party data. This role is essential in driving traffic to Harrods' owned retail properties and website; aligning with Harrods luxury positioning and adapting to platform updates to ensure the business is ahead of competitors.

In this role you will also do the following;

  • Manage budgets effectively, Including Invoice processes and allocate spend across
    channels based on performance and strategic priorities
  • Manage testing roadmap and execution, Including testing concept and performance
    output
  • Support with product feed management and optimisations
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, Google changes, and paid media innovations relevant
    to the luxury sector

About You

The ideal candidate will have proven track record of delivering measurable ROI from PPC campaigns as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. We are also looking for someone who is proficient in Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

You will also have the following;

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns
    simultaneously
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
