Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and oversee PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and other platforms. Conduct keyword research and craft compelling ad copy. Deploy ad extensions and audience targeting strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance with KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests on ads and landing pages to enhance effectiveness. Analyse trends to find growth opportunities.
- Optimisation & Strategy: Continuously optimise bids, budgets, and targeting to boost results and ROI. Improve Quality Scores and relevance. Use geo-targeting, device targeting, and audience segmentation to refine reach.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights. Communicate campaign outcomes and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Bing Ads.
- Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads certifications (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus—but not a deal-breaker.
