Zealous Agency in Leeds is seeking a hands-on PPC Account Manager to own and optimise client campaigns across multiple platforms. You will lead strategy, implementation, reporting and performance analysis for a varied portfolio including SME clients in B2B, B2C and ecommerce.

You’ll build strong client relationships, deliver regular performance updates and actionable recommendations, and mentor junior team members while upholding best practices and high standards across all accounts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PPC experience in a digital/performance agency.
• Strong Google Ads knowledge, with experience across other platforms.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and communicating with clients.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsabilités

Are you a hands-on PPC specialist ready to take ownership of campaigns, build strong client relationships and help develop the next generation of paid media talent?

I'm working with an award-winning, fast-growing performance marketing agency in Leeds that's looking for a talented PPC Account Manager to join its growing team.

You’ll manage a varied portfolio of SME clients across B2B, B2C and ecommerce, taking the lead on campaign strategy, implementation, optimisation and reporting across multiple paid media platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Amazon Ads.
• Developing strategies that deliver against client objectives, budgets and KPIs.
• Building strong client relationships, providing performance updates and actionable recommendations.
• Analysing campaign data and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Supporting, mentoring and sharing knowledge with junior team members.
• Ensuring best practice and high standards across all accounts.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven hands-on PPC experience within a digital or performance marketing agency.
• Strong Google Ads knowledge, with experience across other paid media platforms.
• Confidence managing multiple client accounts and communicating directly with clients.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting or mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, Looker Studio, CRO or ecommerce platforms would be a bonus.
