Smile Education currently has a fantastic role at a school in Birmingham as a PPA Teacher starting in September. The role is full-time across KS1.

What will your day look like?

• Leading classes by delivering pre-planned lessons, demonstrating tasks, assigning tasks, and encouraging discussions.
• Preparing and supporting the children’s development and learning.
• Supervising students while they complete tasks independently.
• Setting homework or exercises for students to practice their skills after class.
• Developing and marking to measure students’ progress.
• Assessing and reporting on students’ academic achievements and behaviour.
