Are you an enthusiastic and versatile Primary Teacher passionate about supporting every child's potential?

A vibrant and inclusive, nurturing and forward-thinking, community-focused mainstream primary school in Camden is seeking a dedicated and dynamic PPA / Intervention Teacher to join our fantastic team this September.

This is a full-time, long-term role (Monday to Friday), offering the exciting opportunity to work across all year groups, from EYFS up to Key Stage 2.

The Role:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring continuity of high-quality teaching by covering PPA time for our class teachers.
Additionally, you will lead targeted intervention groups, providing essential support to accelerate progress for pupils in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.
This varied position requires adaptability, creativity, and a genuine passion for guiding young learners.

We are looking for a teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has demonstrable experience teaching across various primary year groups, from EYFS to KS2.
Possesses a deep understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies for diverse learners.
Is skilled in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated intervention sessions to close attainment gaps.
Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
Is flexible, adaptable, and confident in working with different age groups and classroom dynamics.
Is a strong communicator, able to build excellent relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
Is committed to holistic child development and the school's vision.
