Job summary

Milk Education is seeking passionate Primary School teachers to cover PPA across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in South West London from September 2026. Flexible long-term and full-time opportunities available, ideal for experienced teachers or ECTs looking to gain classroom experience, with support to adapt to different schools.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in a Primary School setting is desirable.
• ECTs are encouraged to apply.
• Confident teaching across different Primary year groups.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Milk Education is working with a number of welcoming and supportive Primary Schools across South West London and is looking to recruit passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated PPA Cover Teachers to join schools from September 2026.

Whether you're an experienced Primary Teacher looking for a flexible teaching opportunity or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to build your classroom experience, we'd love to hear from you. We have a range of long-term and full-time opportunities available, supporting schools with planned PPA cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

You'll play a vital role in providing high-quality teaching across different year groups, maintaining continuity of learning and creating positive classroom environments where pupils remain engaged and supported.
