Job description

Job Title: PPA Cover Teacher Sevenoaks

Location: South East England, Kent, Sevenoaks

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £150.00 - £170.00 Per day

Benefits: PAYE

Job Duties:
  • Providing cover for planned absences of classroom teachers
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects and age groups
  • Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for students
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Communicating with colleagues and parents regarding student progress
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working in a similar role within a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and classroom environments
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
  • Proficient in classroom management techniques
  • Good organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional teaching certifications or specialisations

Working Conditions:
