GSL Education are recruiting PPA Cover Teachers to support a lovely school in Stone Cross, East Sussex. This day-to-day role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, classroom engagement without full planning responsibilities, and the chance to work across year groups.

About the Role:
As a PPA Cover Teacher, you’ll step into classes ranging from EYFS to KS2, delivering pre-prepared lessons while the class teacher is on planning time. This is a great opportunity for teachers who want to maintain a healthy work-life balance and gain experience across multiple year groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a calm, productive learning environment
• Adapt to the needs of different classes while following school policies
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Leave feedback for the class teacher and support the smooth continuation of learning

Job Requirements:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), or equivalent qualifications
• Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• A flexible, professional, and calm approach to classroom teaching
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
