Knollmead Primary School in Greater London is seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead a friendly, aspirational and inclusive school judged Outstanding by Ofsted (February 2025). The Headteacher will work with the Governing Body and Helix Learning Trust to drive teaching, learning, safeguarding and staff development.

The successful candidate will build on high standards, support children with additional needs and promote continued professional development for all staff.

The Headteacher and Governing Body are looking to appoint an exceptional practitioner to this friendly, aspirational, inclusive and happy primary school, judged to be Outstanding for Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management, and Early Years provision by Ofsted (February 2025; see full report here). Knollmead is part of the Helix Learning Trust and teachers are able to benefit from cross Academy working, support and professional development opportunities.
