Job Title: PPA Cover Teacher

Duration: Full-Time/Part-Time, Temporary

The School/Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic PPA Cover Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Selly Oak, Birmingham, starting in September 2025. This role involves providing high-quality teaching across various year groups during teachers’ Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time on a temporary basis.

Key Duties

  • Engaging Lessons: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups, ensuring continuity of learning.
  • Lesson Plans: Follow lesson plans and schemes of work provided by class teachers.
  • Positive Environment: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to class teachers.
  • School Participation: Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events and activities.
