Role: Production Print Field Engineer - PPD

Location: Walking Engineer - London

Package: Up to £35,000 + 23 days + BH + training + pension + zones 1-6

Concept are seeking a skilled Production Print Technical Specialist with a Ricoh background. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service and support to customers while maintaining field efficiencies and driving profitability. This role involves working in a dynamic environment within the Industrial Print sector, requiring technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to call-outs with professionalism, diagnose and resolve technical faults, and implement modifications. May involve work outside standard hours, travel, and overnight stays.
  • Communication: Act as a key contact between customers, the Service Team, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Technical Support: Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize machine downtime.
  • Training: Provide technical advice and training to help customers maximize their devices.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance safely, following manufacturer guidelines and safety legislation.
  • Reporting: Complete all reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Technology Utilization: Use tools like laptops to access documentation and improve service.
  • Parts Management: Communicate effectively about parts and consumables to ensure operational readiness.

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible to work outside standard hours as needed.
