The Role: As a Powertrain Validation Engineer, you will oversee validation and execution for automotive engine/BEV programs, including creating DVP and test cases, and signing off on performance & functional verification.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating robust test plans (DVP) for systems and components.
• Performing quality control tests, analyzing data, and understanding variance.
• Testing on various rigs, including e-drive and ICE systems.
• Collaborating across departments and stakeholders.
• Supporting process quality planning and virtual/physical builds.
• Working with diagnostic tools and diagnosing mechanical issues.

Your profile:

Essential skills/experience:

• Strong technical background in engine engineering and quality tools.
• Experience with test rig setup, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
• Problem-solving skills using 8D methodology.
• Knowledge of calibration tools like INCA, Concerto, Puma, MDA.
• Understanding automotive communication protocols.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Knowledge of MHEV/BEV systems architecture and testing.
