The Role

As a Powertrain NVH engineer, you will utilize industry-standard instrumentation (such as Brüel and Kjær, LMS), collect, analyze, and interpret data, and report findings. You will conduct Powertrain NVH and rig testing as needed and supervise testing setups to ensure compliance.

Your responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret NVH data to develop solutions.
• Analyze test results using systems like LMS Test.Lab, HEAD Artemis, B&K Pulse.
• Resolve system issues and improve quality.
• Collaborate with product development, operations, and engineering teams.
• Prepare reports and present findings.
• Use NVH testing results, subjective evaluations, and engineering judgment.
• Support program reviews and milestone management.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Strong understanding of NVH principles and methodologies.
• Experience with data acquisition systems (e.g., LMS Test.Lab, HEAD Artemis, B&K Pulse).
• Experience with data analysis software.
• Knowledge of automotive (BEV and xHEV) systems.
• NVH testing and validation experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automotive engineering.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Team management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of acoustic materials and NVH attributes.
