Rolls-Royce Power Academy Summer Internship in Derby offers a 10-week opportunity within the Engineering and Technology Internship programme. You'll work on a real project across engineering lifecycle, with support from experienced engineers, and gain practical insights into mechanical, software, electrical, and materials development.

Starting salary is £23,600 pro rata with a £500 joining bonus to assist with moving, and the role encourages hybrid work with on-site presence three days per week,

• A degree in any STEM subject, or joint honours degrees that combine STEM with subjects like business or economics.

• You’ll be doing meaningful work on a real project throughout your time with us supported by a network of young and experienced engineers so you can gain real world experience of how your academic knowledge is used in industry
• Using data, technology and AI to improve environmental performance at power stations, test marine automation software or strengthen cyber-security
• You’ll develop through a mix of digital learning, on-the-job training and opportunities that bring your ideas to life in meaningful ways
