Job description

Overview

Power Systems Studies Engineer contract position based in Leatherhead. This is a Ltd Company contractor role.

Responsibilities

• Support onshore and offshore projects, including local and renewable power, BESS or grid connections up to 220 kV.
• Perform power system studies: equipment sizing, load flow, short circuit, dynamic motor starting, harmonic studies, arc flash, transient stability, and protection coordination.
• Run power system studies and oversee third-party vendors providing studies (EMT software).
• Use ETAP for all power system studies.
