Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Power System & Product Development Engineer in London with hybrid working. You will lead development of smart-grid tools, perform power system studies, and support DERMS deployment while creating digital solutions for quicker, more flexible customer connections.

The role requires expertise in power systems, data analytics, Python, and stakeholder management; London-based with a hybrid office/remote pattern.

Qualifications

Degree in Power Systems Engineering or related discipline.
Experience within the energy sector.
Strong power system analysis experience.
Experience with DER integration, flexible connections and network operations.
Data Science and data analytics capability.
Python development exposure.
Experience using PowerFactory.
Product, project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of innovative smart-grid tools and undertake power system studies.
Support DERMS deployment and create digital solutions for faster, more flexible customer connections.
Collaborate across engineering, operations, IT and external stakeholders to shape the future of the UKs electricity network.
