Job Title: ADMS S6 Specialist (PowerOn Fusion/Advantage)

Location: United Kingdom (Remote)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced ADMS S6 Specialist to join our client's team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical expertise in GE PowerOn Fusion (PoF) and/or PowerOn Advantage (PoA), coupled with strong knowledge of utility grid applications and a proven ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and support ADMS products including PoF, PoA, DMS Applications, OMS, DER, Storm Assist, etc.
• Work with SCADA, User Interface, and Modeling tools.
• Utilize Distribution Power Flow (DPF), Volt-VAR Control (IVVC/VVC), and FLISR/FDIR systems.
• Ensure smooth integration and operation across transmission and distribution grids.
• Perform issue isolation and resolution involving TCP/IP, IP addressing, DNS, routing, firewalls, Active Directory, and network switches.
• Develop and utilize Jasper Reports, and work with Oracle, SQL, and Cassandra databases.
• Comply with NERC CIP standards and ensure secure and compliant systems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interface with customers.
• Support remote monitoring and diagnostic operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in ADMS, particularly with PowerOn Fusion (PoF) or PowerOn Advantage (PoA)
• Proficiency in:
• DMS, OMS, DERMS
• TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, Routing/DNS
• Familiarity with Transmission & Distribution electrical networks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of remote diagnostics concepts and utility industry standards
