Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Buyer or Procurement Manager in civil infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of subcontract terms and contract negotiation.
• Excellent relationship management for safe, sustainable partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end subcontract and materials procurement processes, ensuring best practice, best value, and alignment with programme requirements.
• Lead procurement activities including EOI, PQQ, ITT, contractor scoring, and contract awards.
• Manage, develop, and segment the supply chain database to build robust subcontractor packages.
• Own and update procurement schedules, reporting accurately on buying gains and losses.
• Support work-winning efforts through tender inputs, procurement strategies, supplier selection, and relevant meetings.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to manage supply chain performance while promoting safety, sustainability, and ethical practices.
