What you’ll be doing:
Supporting external customers across Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
Troubleshooting SharePoint Online issues, including site config, access, permissions, and workflows
Helping customers optimise existing solutions or create new ones that improve business processes
Providing clear technical guidance to both technical and non-technical users
Logging, owning, and resolving tickets through to completion
Collaborating with the wider technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues
Sharing best practices and contributing to internal knowledge bases
What you’ll bring to the table:
Strong experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online
Confident working directly with customers in a remote support or consultancy environment
Great communication skills, you can explain things clearly without the waffle
Solid understanding of Office 365 administration and how it connects to Power Platform
A methodical, problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn fast
Bonus points if you’ve worked for a Microsoft Partner or consultancy before
