Job summary

Picture More Ltd in London is seeking a Solutions Developer to design, build and support business applications, data solutions and automation across their Applications and Data & BI teams, using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.

You'll work with stakeholders across Legal and Business Services to improve processes, enhance data quality and deliver integrations, reporting and governance solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, incl. environment administration.
• Microsoft 365 integration experience (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure services.
• Power BI development, SQL Server/T-SQL and REST API experience.
• Experience with ALM, source control and Agile delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Desirable: Fabric, Copilot Studio, Intapp/Boomi, Dynamics CRM or Azure Functions/C#/.NET.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintenance of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
• Develop and maintain Dataverse integrations; troubleshoot data issues.
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical designs; run workshops.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server and 3rd-party systems via APIs.
• Support Power BI reporting and data visualisation initiatives.
• Apply security, governance standards and ALM/deployment best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and monitor performance; identify improvements.
