What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will define architecture, best practices, and governance, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Define architectural standards, governance, and best practices for Power Platform adoption.
• Lead solution design, aligning with business requirements and IT strategy.
• Develop and maintain reusable components, frameworks, and integrations.
• Provide guidance on data modelling, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor teams and upskill Power Platform developers.
• Oversee ALM strategies for Power Platform.
• Engage with Microsoft and third-party vendors for updates and tools.
• Drive automation and innovation leveraging Power Automate and AI Builder.
• Implement a Power Platform strategy and governance framework to support teams.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Power Platform Architect or similar.
• Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, governance, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Proficiency in model-driven and canvas apps development.
• Experience with ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead technically and mentor juniors.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, PL-900) preferred.
