Nigel Frank International is seeking a Power Platform Manager in London to lead a small development team and deliver practical Microsoft 365 solutions. You'll design Power Apps and automate flows, while guiding data integration across Dataverse and SharePoint.

The role focuses on CRM integrations, security governance, and enabling adoption across business units. Strong communication with international teams is essential, with hybrid work and leadership responsibilities at the core.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI.
• Experience designing, building or supporting REST APIs and integrations.
• Good understanding of Dataverse data modelling and security roles.
• Experience delivering digital workplace or productivity solutions within Microsoft 365.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder skills.

Mansioni

• Designing and building Canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows and other Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Connecting and managing data across Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL and other sources.
• Developing and supporting REST APIs and integrations, including authentication, versioning and error handling.
• Supporting the organisation’s CRM build, identifying opportunities for integrations, automation and improved data flows.
• Administering and improving the Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric environments, including permissions, security, schemas and governance.
• Supporting AI and automation initiatives, helping solutions move from development into day-to-day use.
• Managing the Power Platform and integrations roadmap, balancing business value, technical dependencies and wider IT priorities.
• Coaching and developing two direct reports, reviewing their work and helping them deliver to agreed standards.
• Supporting employees with training, adoption and effective use of Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Contributing to the IT incident and service-request queue, working within agreed service levels.
• Advising on risks and opportunities involving security, licensing, scalability and data residency.
