Sellick Partnership is recruiting an experienced Lead Power Platform Developer on a 10-month interim contract. You will lead the development of Power Platform solutions, while remaining hands-on in design, coding and engineering decisions.

Formación

• Significant experience designing, developing and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and SharePoint.
• Deep understanding of Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Experience providing technical leadership within a development environment.
• Strong application architecture and solution design experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience integrating with third‑party applications via APIs.
• Knowledge of Power Platform administration, governance, security, and environments.
• Experience enabling DevOps practices, code quality and engineering standards.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and full lifecycle.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle for Power Platform solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.
• Own solution design, coding standards, development practices and technical quality.
• Lead engineering decisions and promote best practices within the team.
• Support migration of legacy apps and processes onto Power Platform.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
• Establish Power Platform environments, governance, security and administration processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure secure, scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Manage technical debt and resolve complex issues.
• Support UAT, defect resolution and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, Developers and suppliers.
• Mentor and coach developers; share knowledge and conduct peer reviews.
• Produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer across the team.
