Job summary

NEC Software Solutions in London is seeking an experienced M365 Support Engineer to develop and support the Power Apps platform. You will join a small Application Support team serving a local London authority, handling day-to-day task management and progressing towards a team-leader role.

Key responsibilities include administering Microsoft 365, enabling automation with Power Automate, and guiding other team members while coordinating with Microsoft and third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a M365 Support Engineer or similar role.
• Good understanding of ITIL framework and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities.
• Lead the identification of automation opportunities and the resulting design, documentation and development of solutions, exploiting the M365 toolset.
• Service ownership for integrated services (Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, Stream etc).
• Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance and reliability.
• Support and guide other members of the team, coordinating with Microsoft and third-party vendors.
