Job Title: Power Platform Infrastructure Lead

ROLE PURPOSE

This role provides technical leadership on Microsoft Power Platform, engaging with Infrastructure Engineers, Technical Leads, Delivery Leads, and Architects to deliver solutions aligned with standards. You will manage environment standards, work closely with the Power Platform PPO, and mentor teams to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and development of Power platform solutions. The role involves championing Power Platform as a solution for RSA, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring delivery of optimal solutions. Collaboration with the Lead Product Owner and PPOs is essential for alignment and standardization across platforms.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Implement guardrails and controls for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Co-pilot Studio to support low-code solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs for Power Platform development.
• Support end-user adoption and best practices for Power Platform technologies.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Azure Services with DevOps.
• Assess technical skills and capabilities required now and in the future.
• Manage technical staff resources, set objectives, and provide feedback.

CUSTOMER CONDUCT FRAMEWORK

Understand and apply FCA Conduct Rules and RSA Conduct Framework to ensure good customer outcomes.

FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL SKILLS

• 5+ years experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Co-pilot Studio).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (including Entra, SharePoint).
• Experience managing Power Platform components, infrastructure, and administration.
• Ability to optimize Power Apps for performance.
• Experience managing significant technical change.
• Effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and acting as a technical SME.
