Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie is recruiting a Developer within Labs in Glasgow. The role covers designing, developing and managing digital platforms and client/internal solutions with a mix of support and development work.

You will work in cross‑functional agile teams to deliver scalable Power Platform projects, integrate with SharePoint, Dataverse and SQL Server, and collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a relevant certification.
2+ years' experience building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and/or Azure/AWS.
Proficiency in at least one of .NET, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience integrating solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server or REST APIs.
Experience working in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing and implementing custom applications using Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
Producing detailed solution designs and architecture for Power Platform apps, integrating with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server and third‑party services.
Creating and configuring custom connectors and working with REST APIs.
Optimising code and solutions for scalability, maintainability and performance with best practices.
Working closely with product managers, designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions while balancing delivery, quality and deadlines.
