Job summary

Intact Insurance, the UK arm of RSA, is transforming to a cloud-based platform. As a Power Platform specialist you will design, build, test, deploy and support enterprise apps using Canvas/Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse, integrating with Dynamics and SharePoint.

Working in an agile DevOps environment, you’ll shape requirements, create documentation, and deliver real business value while growing your skills and driving continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems and third party technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint.
• Capability in developing custom connectors, APIs, plugins, PCF components, and RPA solutions, including UiPath (desirable).
• Practical knowledge of supporting enterprise-scale applications across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and complementary technologies.
• Collaborating with colleagues to shape requirements, solution design, and implementation approaches through participation in technical discussions.
• Supporting testing and deployment activities to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and deliver real business value.
• Applying agreed development standards and best practices to promote quality, security, and maintainability across solutions.
• Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation that supports ongoing development and support.
