About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivatedPower Platform Developerto join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, scalable business applications that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and developCanvas and Model-driven Power Appstailored to business requirements.

  • Build and customisePower Pagesfor secure, responsive external-facing portals.

  • Automate business processes usingPower Automate, integrating with various data sources and services.

  • Customize and integrateDynamics 365applications to align with organizational workflows and data models.

  • LeverageCo-Pilot and AI Builderto enhance applications with intelligent features and automation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Apply strongdata modellingprinciples and effectively utilizePower Platform connectorsto integrate disparate systems.

  • Participate inAgile methodology, contribute to story-based delivery, and ensure timely completion of development tasks.

  • Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams and end-users.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience with:

  • Power Apps(Canvas and Model-driven)

  • Power Pages

  • Power Automate

  • Dynamics 365customisation and integration

  • Co-Pilot / AI Builder

  • Strong understanding ofdata modelling,Dataverse, andPower Platform connectors.

  • Proven experience working inAgile delivery environments, with a focus on iterative, story-based development.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Power Platform (e.g., ALM, Git, Azure DevOps).

Expectations regarding hybrid working:As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
