Power Platform Specialist - Manchester (3 Days per week In Office)

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Specialist to join our team and drive the development and optimization of solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power BI and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

1. Designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven dashboards, reports, and automated workflows that streamline business processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.
2. Designing, building, and maintaining robust Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights across business units.
3. Developing and managing Power Automate flows to automate and optimize business processes, including approvals, notifications, data collection, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and external systems.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data and workflow solutions.
5. Ensuring data models are well-structured, efficient, and scalable for Power BI reporting.
6. Managing connections to various data sources including SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, and cloud-based APIs.
7. Maintaining governance and best practices for Power Platform environments including security, data access, and performance optimization.
8. Staying current with Microsoft Power Platform developments and recommending improvements or new features.
