Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Power Platform / IT Developer to join our West Midlands technology team, in a hybrid role with probation in the office 3-4 days/week, then ~2 days/week. You’ll own solutions, engage with stakeholders, and drive automation across key business processes.

The role focuses on Power Apps and Power Automate, with exposure to Dataverse, SQL, REST APIs, and Power BI. Strong development fundamentals and willingness to learn VisualFiles are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Exposure to Dataverse, SQL and REST API integrations is desirable.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft 365 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and possibly Model-Driven).
• Build workflows and process automation with Power Automate.
• Work with Dataverse, Microsoft 365 and wider business systems.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and third-party services.
• Work with SQL and relational databases; perform queries and troubleshooting.
• Support reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Support development using .NET/C# or similar OO technologies.
• Investigate issues across applications, databases and integrations.
• Gather requirements and translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Test, document and support solutions through deployment and adoption.
• Learn VisualFiles and other business-critical systems.
