Qualifications

• Commercial experience developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with SQL and relational database technologies.
• Ability to build or support integrations using REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
• Development experience with C#, .NET or another OO language.
• Knowledge of SDLC, source control and testing.
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Confidence communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

An established UK law firm is expanding its internal technology function and is looking for a Power platform Developer to help improve the systems used across the organisation. This is a varied, hands‑on position covering application development, workflow automation, system integration and technical support. You will create solutions using Microsoft Power Platform while also supporting and enhancing VisualFiles, internal .NET applications, SQL databases and connected third‑party platforms.

The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of business‑critical systems and work directly with internal teams to turn operational challenges into effective technical solutions.

Advantageous Experience

The following would be beneficial but is not essential:

• VisualFiles configuration or development experience, including Task Server, scripting, templates, workflows or data structures.
• Knowledge of Intapp or a comparable workflow and client‑intake platform.
• Previous employment within a law firm, professional‑services business or case‑management environment.
