The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Power Platform Developer to join our clients growing team and help build the digital backbone of their business. If you're passionate about automating and optimizing business processes, enjoy working across teams, and love building sleek, scalable low-code solutions—this one’s for you.
You’ll play a central role in designing, building, and rolling out apps, flows, dashboards, and integrations that help the business work smarter, faster, and with better data.
What You'll Be Doing
Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
Automate workflows across Microsoft 365 and other systems to improve process efficiency
Customize and manage back-end data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and Dynamics 365
Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful low-code solutions
Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions to ensure performance and usability
Support governance, compliance, and security best practices across the Power Platform environment
Provide training and support to help teams confidently adopt Power Platform tools
Stay up to date with new features and recommend improvements for future development
What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience designing and developing on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
Strong understanding of workflow automation, process design, and low-code development
Proven experience integrating Microsoft 365 and Azure services, and external APIs
Comfortable with data management using SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and Dynamics 365
Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, and REST APIs is a bonus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a plus—but not essential
