Job summary

Larking Gowen is evolving its automation and AI capabilities to improve day-to-day operations across the business. You will help design and deliver automation solutions using Power Platform tools, connecting APIs and enterprise services while engaging with teams to understand workflows and desired outcomes.

You will own the delivery lifecycle from initial conversations through to live solution and ongoing enhancement, with visibility and influence across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering automation solutions using Power Platform.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical automation opportunities.
• Comfortable engaging with multiple teams and stakeholders.

You’ll spend time with teams across the business understanding how work happens today, identifying opportunities and helping shape how automation and AI are adopted in a practical and sensible way. You’ll have visibility, ownership and influence rather than being one person in a large delivery machine.

This is a role where your work will be seen and used across the organisation. Ideal for someone who enjoys improving how businesses operate and wants to play a part in how AI and automation evolve over the next few years.

The Opportunity

In this role you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering automation and AI-assisted solutions using modern Microsoft technologies including:

• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power Automate Desktop
• Microsoft AI and Copilot capabilities
• Connected APIs and enterprise services
• SQL Server
• Power BI

This role combines hands‑on engineering with business engagement and would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership from early conversations through to delivery and ongoing improvement.
