Are you an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely influence technical direction and help shape the future of digital delivery?

This forward-thinking organisation is looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a growing software development team and play a key role in delivering a significant portfolio of digital transformation projects.

It's an exciting time to join. With a strong pipeline of work ahead, they're looking to strengthen their Power Platform capability by bringing in someone who can deliver high-quality solutions while helping to raise the technical standard across the wider team.

This isn't simply about developing applications. They're looking for someone who can provide technical leadership, work collaboratively with colleagues and take ownership of delivering scalable, business-focused solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

As Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing and delivering business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, with a particular focus on Canvas Apps.
  • Building and enhancing solutions using Power Automate, SharePoint Online and Dataverse to improve business processes and user experience.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions from design through to testing and deployment.
  • Supporting the wider development team by sharing knowledge, promoting best practice and helping to improve technical capability.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the organisation's Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environment as part of its wider digital transformation journey.

They're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong commercial experience developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Excellent experience building Canvas Apps, alongside strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Dataverse and Power Automate.
  • The ability to design and deliver high-quality technical solutions while working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced developers and helping to drive technical standards within a team.
  • A collaborative, personable approach with a genuine desire to contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Previous experience within the housing sector isn't required. They're open to candidates from any industry, provided you have the technical capability and commercial experience to hit the ground running.

The salary on offer is £53,000. The role operates on a hybrid basis, with one day per week in the office (generally Tuesdays) at their office near Newcastle.
