Job summary

Irwin Mitchell LLP is seeking a creative Power Platform Developer to join the Tech Innovation team and shape the future of how we work. You’ll build low-code solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI, integrated with Azure services.

You’ll lead delivery, govern security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that improve daily operations and decision-making across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience creating Agents using Copilot Studio or other Agentic tools.
• Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Confident delivering training and supporting implemented solutions.
• Collaborative team player with a focus on efficiency and timelines.
• Strong grasp of SharePoint workflows, Lists, and security.
• Proficient in M365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Excellent communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Role

and What You'll Be Doing

We’re looking for a creative and driven Power Platform Developer to join our Tech Innovation team and help shape the future of how we work.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building tailored, low-code solutions that make the most of Agenic Ai through the use Microsoft Power Platform — Copilot Studio Power Apps, and Power Automate, —integrated with Azure services. You’ll collaborate with citizen developers, lead technical delivery, and champion governance to ensure our tools are secure, efficient, and impactful.

Your work will directly improve how our teams operate, make decisions, and deliver value. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities, using your problem‑solving skills and creativity to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with end-users to understand their needs and design solutions that unlock the full potential of the Power Platform.

About You

Essential:

• Experience creating Agents using Copilot Studio or other Agentic tools.
• Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Confident delivering training and supporting implemented solutions.
• Collaborative team player with a focus on efficiency and timelines.
• Strong grasp of SharePoint workflows, Lists, and security.
• Proficient in M365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Excellent communicator with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic about the future of Agentic AI and the Power Platform

Desirable

• Familiarity with the Power Platform COE Toolkit.
• Experience with Power Automate UI design and cloud integrations.
• Comfortable leading troubleshooting efforts and mentoring others.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and Dataflow methodologies.
• Agile development experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft DevOps, GitHub, Power Pages, Power BI, and reporting tools.
