Position Overview
This role involves creating and maintaining digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The successful candidate will contribute to process optimisation by supporting the development of tailored business applications. Working closely with experienced developers, this role provides an opportunity to grow technical capabilities and play an active role in delivering impactful digital projects.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Development & Support – Participate in building and maintaining applications using Power Platform components. Assist in resolving technical issues and ensuring reliable functionality across solutions.

2. Skill Development – Take part in ongoing training and mentorship to build proficiency in Power Platform technologies and coding principles, gradually developing into an independent contributor to the team.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration – Engage with analysts, consultants, and stakeholders to gather business requirements and contribute to the creation of fit-for-purpose technical solutions.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance – Support system testing and troubleshooting efforts, helping to maintain solution quality and performance aligned with organisational needs.

5. Technical Documentation – Assist in producing clear and structured documentation, including diagrams, process descriptions, and usage guides for developed tools.

6. Compliance & Standards – Follow and help enforce technical standards, security protocols, and governance models to ensure all developments meet internal and external compliance requirements.

7. Workflow Automation – Help build automated workflows with guidance from senior developers, aiming to reduce manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.
