Must Have: Power Platform, Power Pages, CRM, MS Dynamics

Essential Skills and Experience:

1. Power Platform (Canvas/model-driven apps, SharePoint): at least 5+ years of experience
2. Experience in Dataverse implementation, data modelling, and data governance within Power Platform solutions: about 2-3 years
3. Developing services using web APIs (SOAP/REST), JSON, and API management: at least 3 years
4. Understanding and application of modern development methodologies (BDD, TDD, XP, Pairing) to support Agile practices
5. Experience in developing component designs and specifications from high-level architecture
6. Promoting Agile principles to help CLIENT and teams establish and improve practices
7. Experience delivering software using source control management and control gates, supporting design, quality, and support
8. Experience working in a mid-sized corporate environment, aligning solutions with wider roadmaps and architecture
9. Ability to extend Power Platform with custom development in .NET, JavaScript, or similar

Customization and Configuration:

• Ability to customize and configure Power Platform based on business needs, including forms, entities, workflows, and business rules

Integration:

• Knowledge of integration techniques and technologies for Power Platform and enterprise systems
• Experience working with APIs and web services for external system integration

Azure Integration:

• Understanding of Azure services for Power Platform integration, data storage, etc.

Power Platform:

• Proficiency in Power Apps (model-driven and Canvas) and Power Automate

Security and Authentication:

• Knowledge of security principles and authentication mechanisms in Power Platform

Performance Optimization:

• Skills in optimizing Power Platform solutions for performance

Version Control:

• Experience with version control systems like GitHub/Jenkins

Troubleshooting and Debugging:

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power Platform solutions

Testing Frameworks:

• Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies for Power Platform applications

DevOps Practices:

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment for Power Platform

Technical Documentation:

• Ability to create detailed technical documentation, including design and code documentation

Track Record:

• Experience in Agile teams delivering Power Platform solutions, with 3-5+ years of experience and 8+ years in technical lead roles
• Led large-scale Power Platform implementations in enterprise organizations
• Hands-on experience building, customizing, and deploying Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Education & Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, or scientific discipline preferred

Certifications:

• Power Platform Developer Associate or Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect
