Job summary

Xact Placements Limited seeks an experienced Power Automate Consultant to support a client’s transition from JET Reports to automated reporting using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform. You will map data flows and rebuild reporting processes integrated with Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities include analysing existing JET Reports, designing automated workflows, and delivering documentation and training to ensure governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Power Automate solutions for business reporting or data integration.
• Strong knowledge of Power Query and associated Power Platform tools.
• In-depth understanding of JET Reports and data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; Evision is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform considered highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing JET Reports and data structures.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Query.
• Build efficient ETL processes and integrate data.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure reporting accuracy and usability.
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure data integrity and recommend governance practices.
