We operate with a strong tech foundation — from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Azure-hosted SQL and M365 — and we’re on a mission to streamline operations and empower teams through automation, modern tools, and no-code/low-code platforms.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Power Platform & Automation Specialist who is passionate about using no-code and low-code tools to build practical solutions to everyday business challenges.

This is not a traditional developer role. We want someone who thrives in platforms like Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Zapier, and knows how to use them to create workflows, apps, dashboards, and automations that solve real-world problems — quickly and effectively.

You will work across departments to map out inefficient processes, suggest improvements, and implement solutions using platforms that require minimal code but deliver maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

No-Code / Low-Code Solutions

• Build internal tools and applications using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Automate repetitive tasks and connect systems using Zapier and Microsoft Power Platform
• Implement triggers, notifications, approvals, and data synchronisations across business apps

Data Insights & Reporting

• Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI for key business units
• Perform data segmentation and transformation using SQL and Power Query
• Provide teams with actionable insights through clean, self-service visual reports

Workflow Optimisation

• Translate business problems into automated workflows
• Connect systems such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (via SOAP services), SharePoint, and third-party platforms
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks and streamline operations

Support & Enablement

• Train teams on using the tools you build
• Provide documentation for apps and workflows
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure adoption and feedback-driven improvements
  

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Strong experience with no-code/low-code platforms, especially Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Working knowledge of Zapier or similar automation tools
• Experience connecting systems through APIs, connectors, or web services
• Understanding of business process mapping and workflow design
• Confident working with SQL and transforming data for business use
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly SOAP or ODATA integration
• Familiarity with Azure-hosted systems, or a background in B2B product/operations-led environments
• Awareness of Angular or C# .NET environments (although coding is not the focus of this role)
