Job summary

Uniper is seeking a senior planner/maintenance leader to manage M&O activities for the EGTL >2000MW asset across multiple locations. You will coordinate maintenance planning, outages, and contractor delivery to meet safety, budget and quality targets.

You will drive continuous improvement, lead safety culture in planning, and develop apprenticeship programs while benchmarking with other teams to optimise performance and expenditure.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification at least to HNC level with maintenance experience.
• Experience in power plant operations, engineering and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of safety legislation and managing safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance performance of planner groups across EGTL.
• Plan and schedule site maintenance and operations per procedures.
• Report on maintenance performance indicators to meet asset health standards.
• Lead health, safety and environmental management in planning and delivery of M&O plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and productivity in M&O plans.
• Lead review of maintenance spares and stock optimisation.
• Deliver maintenance contracts complying with roles and nominations.
