The Role

You’ll be responsible for designing, managing, and improving power distribution systems across our client sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and compliance standards. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure transparency, efficiency, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and upgrade 12kV power distribution systems
• Conduct system analysis and produce technical recommendations
• Lead site surveys and manage on-site installation teams
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs
• Perform troubleshooting and fault investigations
• Produce project reports and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

The Person

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Chartered Engineer status desirable)

• Familiar with earthing design and power system studies
• Skilled in managing people and projects
• Able to interpret technical drawings and work with relevant software (e.g., Inventor, Microsoft Office)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills
• Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings
