Job Title: Power Cable List Manager
Location: Bristol
Activities and Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering analysis, including supporting calculations, for specific systems or electrical activities to produce necessary documentation for the client project.
- Act as the central point of contact for system or electrical activities.
- Concatenate and verify the consistency of input data for cabling activities.
- Evaluate the maturity of input data provided by system, equipment contract, I&C, and cabling engineers.
- Produce all documents required for building the cable list, including voltage plans, summary tables, and calculation notes.
- Prepare documents for the electrical sub-distribution sequence.
- Monitor the production of design office deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality management systems.
- Draft deliverables for the client to be used as input for site activities.
- Identify, monitor, and progress open points, design changes, and interfaces to oversee activity evolution, ensure traceability, and maintain configuration management.
- Carry out reporting and provide indicators for the project within the team and to the client, under the scope of Electrical Cabling Engineering.
- Represent and support technical discussions with the client for the assigned scope.
- Manage interfaces with cable lists produced by contract holders.
- Ensure design consistency of electrical penetration and cable routing.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of EPR electrical distribution design principles, Instrumentation and Control architecture, and Safety Classification.
- Proficiency with Caneco tool.
- Experience working on operating plants or industrial sites.
