Position: Power Cable Management
Location: Aztec West, Bristol
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Salary: Up to £45,000

Note: BPSS clearance at basic level is required; previous clearance is not transferable.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform engineering analysis and supporting calculations for electrical systems to produce necessary documentation for HPC projects.
- Serve as the main contact for system or electrical activities.
Main activities:
- Verify and consolidate input data for cabling activities.
- Assess the quality of input data from system, equipment, I&C, and cabling engineers.
- Create documents for cable lists, voltage plans, summaries, and calculations.
- Develop documentation for electrical sub-distribution sequences.
- Ensure design deliverables meet EPR-E quality standards.
- Draft client deliverables for site activities.
- Manage open points, design changes, and interfaces, maintaining traceability and configuration control.
- Report project status and metrics to the team and client.
- Represent EPR-E in technical discussions with clients.
- Coordinate interfaces with contract holders' cable lists.
- Ensure design consistency for electrical penetrations and cable routing.
Qualifications, experience, and skills:
- Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of EPR electrical cabling sequences.
- Experience in producing design documentation.
- Understanding of electrical cable sizing.
- Relevant nuclear industry experience.
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Proactive approach and confidence in communication, including with remote teams in France and Germany.
- Ability to foster positive working relationships and seek continuous improvement.
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of EPR electrical distribution, I&C architecture, and Safety Classification.
- Experience with Caneco tool.
- Experience working on operational or industrial sites.
- French language skills for technical documentation.
